The Optimist Club of St. Louis is offering three exciting scholarship opportunities for talented students. Please review the application for full each scholarship for rules and information.

The Oratorical Contest, the Communication Contest for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CCDHH), and the Essay scholarship contest are all available for students to participate. Winners move onto the next level where they can win additional scholarship prizes.

Each scholarship has its own specific application that can be downloaded, completed and emailed to optimistmo@gmail.com. It is important to note that the deadline for all scholarships is February 5th, 2024. So, interested students should start preparing as soon as possible.

On February 17, 2024, at 1 pm, City Academy will host a scholarship event where participants of the Oratorical and CCDHH contests will present their topics to the judges. The winners will be announced on the same day. The top 3 Essay winners will also be invited to attend and present their essays.

These scholarships are a great opportunity for students to showcase their communication skills and potentially win additional scholarship prizes.
